1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Hound AI platform (“Service”) operated by Hound AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hound AI provides AI-powered lead intelligence services, including event-triggered lead generation, priority scoring, intelligence briefs, and verified contact information for sales professionals.

3. Subscription Terms

All subscriptions are billed monthly. There are no long-term contracts — you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our data services, all charges are non-refundable. Since subscriptions are month-to-month with no commitment, you may cancel at any time to avoid future charges.

4. Acceptable Use

By using Hound AI, you agree to the following:

Manual outreach only. You may only use leads for manual, one-to-one phone calls or personalized emails. Robocalling, auto-dialing, and mass text messaging using Hound leads is strictly prohibited.
No redistribution. You may not resell, share, sublicense, or redistribute lead data to third parties.
Compliance. You are solely responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with all applicable laws, including the TCPA, TSR, CAN-SPAM, and all state-level telemarketing regulations.
No scraping or automation. You may not scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Hound platform.

5. Data Usage Restrictions

Lead data provided through Hound AI is licensed for your individual use only. You may not:

Build competing databases using Hound data
Share login credentials with unauthorized users
Use the data for any purpose other than direct, personal sales outreach
Attempt to re-identify redacted or anonymized data

6. Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, lead intelligence is generated from multiple data sources and AI analysis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any lead data. You should verify critical information independently before taking action.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hound AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hound AI and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, including misuse of lead data or prohibited outreach methods.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
